When will my order be processed?

 

Order Processing

• Orders received before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on business days are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Orders after this time, on weekends or holidays, are processed next business day.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times


• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.
• Standard Shipping: estimated 5–12 business days after dispatch for Australia-wide orders.
• Express Shipping options may be available at additional cost.

 

Delivery Regions


• We ship to Australian addresses only.
• We may not deliver to some PO Boxes or locked bags.
• Remote areas may take longer. Please allow extra time.

 

Tracking & Delivery.


• A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.
• Customers must provide a secure delivery address.
• Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Kaysu is not liable for loss or theft.

 

Lost, Damaged & Delayed Parcels


• Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery if a parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed.
• Kaysu will assist with courier claims and offer replacement/refund as appropriate.

 

Taxes & Duties


• Prices in AUD include applicable GST for Australian customers.
• We currently ship to **Australian addresses only**.

At this time, international shipping is not available unless stated otherwise.  
If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Changes & Cancellations


• Contact us immediately to request changes or cancellations.
• Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless stated otherwise.

 


2. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


3. How long does delivery take within Australia?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Delivery times may vary for regional or remote areas

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

 


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

 


5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please navigate to our tracking page.

 


6. Can my order be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers may not always be available.
Please ensure you provide a secure and accessible delivery address at checkout.

 


7. What happens if my parcel is delayed?

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@kaysu.com.au
We will follow up with the courier and keep you informed.

 


8. What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist with courier claims and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

 


9. What if my order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe the delivery was incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist with an investigation.

 


10. Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable GST for Australian customers.

 


11. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
