kaysu essential oils are designed for use with car diffusers or suitable aromatherapy diffusers.

Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser and adjust according to your preference.

Our essential oils are made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients.

For safe use, please follow the instructions provided, avoid contact with eyes and skin, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

If you are pregnant, have sensitivities, or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified professional before use.


Our essential oils are not intended for direct skin application unless properly diluted.

We recommend using them with a diffuser only. If exploring topical use, always dilute appropriately and perform a patch test first.

Individual reactions to essential oils may vary.

Please review ingredient information carefully, start with a small amount, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Opened or used essential oils cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Due to the nature of our aromatherapy products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been opened or used.

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Yes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major failure, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping where required under Australian Consumer Law.


For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used essential oils cannot be returned for change of mind.

Shipping FAQ


We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this time, international shipping is not available unless stated otherwise.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within Australia.

Delivery times may vary for regional or remote areas, and occasional courier delays may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Any free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly shown at checkout.


Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist by following up with the courier.

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
